8 flour tortilla

5 pieces of frozen chicken

1 can of green enchilada sauce

1 small can of green chilies

2 cups of shredded cheese (any kind)

8 toothpicks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken until done. Let it cool down and then shred it up into a medium sized bowl. Then add 1 cup of the green sauce, half the can of chilies and 1 cup up of cheese. Mix it all together. Get a tortilla and put 2 spoonfuls of chicken into it wrap them then stick a tooth pick to keep them together. Repeat with all tortillas. Lay them flat in any kind of casserole cooking dish. Spread the rest of the chilies and green sauce on top of them and then put the rest of the cheese on top. Put foil on top and cook for 45 mins!!

TGIF  happy friday everybody im going to share a new drink recipe

1 1/2 shot of pineapple parrot bay

3 oz of pineapple juice

2 oz of tropical juice

get a shaker with put some ice in it and shake all the ingredients together and pour into ur favorite glass

1 bag of cabbage

2 packs of ramen noodles, broken and uncooked

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

1 cup sliced almonds

1/4 c margarine

1/2 c sugar

3/4 c oil

1/4 c red wine vinegar

1 Tablespoons soy sauce

Brown noodles and sundflower seeds and almonds in margrine. set aside to cool. Boil sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Cool completely. Toss everything together before serving.

This is a way yummy salad enjoy! :)

Times are tough right now for a lot of people and theres no way around not feeding you and your family so here are a few of my own tips on how to shop on a budget!

• I normally like to write out a weeks worth of a meals that way i know what i need from the store.
• I get the caculator out and add up my estimated total at this point i normally round to the nearest dollar to give my self some room for those few extra items i forgot to put down.
• After that i like to make a shopping list in the order of the iteams are in the store (this saves alot of time)
• MAKE sure you eat before you go shopping so you don’t spend more money on things that look tempting when you are hungry.

I hope these few tips help you out on your next budgeted shopping trip !!!

1 Box of devils food cake mix
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 jar of caramel topping
1 tub of cool whip

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Right when you pull the cake out of the oven poke holes all throughout the cake using a fork then pour 1/2 to a full can of the sweetened condensed milk. Then poor the whole jar of caramel topping on to the cake. cool for a few hours and then spread the cool whip on top and enjoy . Yummm!!!

Well i guess im going to try this again it has been awhile since i have blogged!!! I can’t believe this year is over half way done with, where has the time gone? This year has been pretty good to my family my son turned 3 my hubby got a better job and our 2 year anniversary is right around the corner, which i can’t wait for. We have a possible plan on how we want to spend it but life is crazy so who knows what will happen!!!

OMG last night i watched the premier of the craigslist killer on lifetime. I was so shocked about the story what a sick person. I suggest if you havent watched it you need to you can see the times it comes on at www.lifetime.com. Also if u are able to watch the show after the movie do it. I am going to try and buy the book about it. Its so strange how someones life can be so perfect but yet they are ok with messing it up!!!

1. Drink plenty of water and drinks like Gatorade.

2. Coffee sure sounds good right…. Don’t do it avoiding caffeine will help you!!

 3. Get plenty of sleep of course 

 4. A sausage egg mcmuffin from McDonalds always does the trick, pizza also works!!!

 5. A shower, switching from hot to cold water!

 6. Vitamin c…. drink lots of OJ!!

 7. Drink a bloody mary ( not my thing but hey tons of people say it helps)

 8. Alka-seltzer will help an upset stomach!

 9. Go to a sauna and sweat out all those bad toxins!!

 10. Lay on the couch and watch your favorite movie
